I have known David for over 10 years and have seen many examples of his work.  When it came time for my oldest daughter to get married, there was no doubt who I would ask to handle the photography. David met with my daughter and her fiancé and discussed details of the ceremony and their expectations.  David had many excellent ideas for pictures that would result in capturing everyone’s joy and excitement.

As the big day approached, David maintained almost daily contact checking to see if the plans that had been discussed needed to be amended (i.e. additional family members from out of town, extra poses for bridal party family members that would be attending, etc.)  Finally, the big day was almost here.  David attended the wedding rehearsal the night before to make sure his lighting equipment was sufficient.  He even snapped several candid shots during the rehearsal that he included in the final package.

On the wedding day, David and his assistant arrived several hours before the ceremony to capture all the precious moments leading up to the big event.  My daughter and her bridesmaids in the bridal suite, my now son-in-law getting last minute advice from his best man — his Dad, and my wife buzzing around to make sure everything was perfect.  David seemed to be at just the right place at the right time to capture every memory.  During the ceremony, David and his assistant were almost completely unnoticeable to the attendees but still managed to capture every aspect of the ceremony including a tear or two streaming down my face.  Even though the reception ran longer than expected, David stayed until he could capture one of the most magical photos of all, the bride and groom riding away on a horse-drawn carriage.

The service, quality, and value I received from David Temples Photography is unmatched.  In fact, a couple of years later, when my niece was engaged to be married I recommended David to her as her wedding photographer.  My niece and her fiancé, as well as my sister-in-law, were all just as pleased with their wedding photos as I was with my daughter’s.  I have another daughter and will count on David to be there to handle the photography.
